Accountability is key. Options to program 2-4 training days to best fit your training needs. All programs are 100% flexible.
Every Program takes into account your abilities, training history, injuries and equipment available in order to guarantee the best results.
Every member is given 30 min of video call per week in order to go over any challenges, feedback and adjustments.
All Programs can be upgraded to include video supervision/coaching for any training session at an additional cost.
